The content provided through Guardian, including but not limited to threat scores (0-4 scale), fusion engine signals, backtesting results, and market intelligence, is generated by automated algorithms and is intended solely to assist you in your own independent research. It is not personalized advice tailored to your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, Guardian makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service. Specifically:

• Threat scores are algorithmic estimates, not certainties. They are generated by mathematical models based on available data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or misleading.

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets involve substantial risks, including but not limited to:

• Does not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys, or brokerage credentials;
• Does not act as a broker, dealer, or trading platform for any asset class;
• Is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory authority;
• Does not provide personalized investment recommendations based on your individual financial circumstances.
